Event Setup Times:
Friday November 15, 2024 = 1pm to 7pm. Venue will close at 8pm.
Saturday November 16, 2024 = 7am to 9am
Event will open at 9:30am For VIP Attendees.
Setup needs to be done, and the aisle must be cleared.

Breakdown & Load-out
Sunday November 16, 2024, starting at 5pm for a soft breakdown.
Vehicles are allowed to pull up by the building starting 6:30pm.

Adult / 18+ Materials (Important)
All adult and over 18 materials need to be covered and not openly displayed.
We are a kid and family friendly event.
Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
No Canopy’s & Tables
No canopies top inside the building. Table skirts or booth drapes are not provided.

If you do not need a table in your space, please let me know.
You are allowed to bring your own tables for your booth space.
Food & Drinks
Are allowed in the venue.
Loading Layout & Information
Loading Zone #1: By main entrance, Vendor & Artist Check-in
Loading Zone #2: Side Door
Loading Zone #3: Back of building, rollup door
Loading Zone #4: Side Door
IMPORTANT: Once unloading is done, cars should not be left by the loading area for an extended period.
Fire Marshall will tow vendor/artist vehicles.
All cars must be moved from all loading areas by 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
Vehicle & Artist Parking: Parking will be available at chance parking lot, across the fairgrounds.
Please use the attached map for references.
The Fresno Fairgrounds loading entrance will be at
Gate 2, please follow the line to reach the event buildings.
